Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:

1 banana
½ lemon
3 handfuls hazelnuts
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1 handful sesame seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
2 handfuls blueberries
2 cups / ½ liter yogurt

Spinach Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:

1 banana
½ lemon
3 handfuls hazelnuts
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1 handful sesame seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 cup spinach
2 cups / ½ liter yogurt

Preparation

Pour the lemon juice into the blender. Add a banana, cut into circles. Add the hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, and finally, the spinach. Pour in the yogurt and blend it all together for about 30 seconds.
